I know people are having difficulty leaving comments on the blog. There is a long discussion forum that I found on the subject...
http://sosovintage.blogspot.com/2012/04/problems-leaving-comments.html
This morning I left a comment on Jen's last blog entry. I did it by first clicking on the comments left by others (at the bottom of the entry). Then I scrolled to the bottom of those comments and typed in a test comment of my own. This worked. Even if there are zero comments you can still click there. Also, it did not ask me to type in those funky words there. I tried it logged in and logged out. When I was logged out it did make me log in first to do it. And, perhaps since I am co-owner of the blog it treated me differently.
I also found this link with instructions. Perhaps that will help.

Well, I'm trying your suggestion of clicking comments, 0 or otherwise, so we will see if this posts
ReplyDeleteok it asked for my google ID and then I had to copy those funny looking letters, but it did work.
DeleteHey, Denny, this is Jenny's mom, Judy aka Beema, and I hate those funky letters, but this is the best way to communicate with this traveling family. Hope it gets easier for you to post, because I think it means a lot to Ray and Jenny to have family connections while they are so far from home. Hope to see your comments again soon. Love to all, and greeting from Tampa where we have a nice sunny, hot and humid day. Bsxter says "Arf Arf."
ReplyDeleteGood evening Hawleys. Looks like you are having a lot of fun. Loved the picture Eric sent me today. ROFL. Hope Claire gits to feeling better. look forward to seeing ya'll in GA.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you all are having fun and the weather is holding out (except for some windy conditions) hence the windmills. The whole island of Bonaire uses wind generators for power. Clean, quiet and fairly efficient, best of luck today and Keep on Trucking.
ReplyDeleteThanks Al! We are having such a great time. Happy Father's Day!!
DeleteThis is Uncle John and Sarah. Enjoying your blog, looks like you're having a great time! Hope you enjoy the Grand Canyon. Happy Father's Day and Happy Birthday to Eric! Have safe travels. Make sure to post pictures of the Grand Canyon. Miss you all already!
ReplyDeleteLove,

I am a little late with my comments- but am really enjoying your blog. As an Army brat I spent many hours (that turned into long days) in the back seat of the station wagon with my 2 sisters and the family cat on those 2 lane roads going across country- several times! Can't wait to hear about the Grand Canyon and the glass lookout point. Have fun!
ReplyDeleteHi, Nancy, we share a similar background, apparently - as an Army wife, we traveled back and forth, with three kids and a huge poodle in the "way back" of a VW. Ah, the good times.
ReplyDeleteLove, Judy
Winding down on the last day that Eric can say he just turned 13. By Tomorrow, being a teen will be old hat. By the way, Ray or Jen, the clock you have running with the blog is, I think, one day behind. It says it is the 5th day, when it is actually the 6th - not a big deal, and if it cannot be corrected, no matter -we all know you left on the the 12th of June. Other readers will have to forgive me, the grandmother, mother.... I am suffering a huge case of separation anxiety. That's what love is all about. Beama
